MONITORING  OF C0₂ EMISSIONS & ALLOWANCES (CARBON CREDITS) MANA-GEMENT, for companies subject to annual limits (regulated cap-and-trade) under the European Union Emissions Trade Scheme (ETS)

Industrial companies  included into the PNA 2008-12 .. issued by the Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y MRyM, in which annual caps on TN of emissions  -and the same number of  free allowances- are fixed for each specific firm. (That PNA is in turn the mechanism that makes possible for the Spanish State to meet its commitments regarding Kyoto Protocol). We offer to these industries: - To elaborate your annual emissions assessment (monitoring) and reporting, and getting to have it verified. - To facilitate your compliance regarding the balance between allowed and actual annual emissions, by means of trade operations within the EU Emissions Trade System *. Thus,     .  In the case your actual emissions be higher that the corresponding allowances, by means of buying for you emissions credits: EUA (or also CER)  .  Or, in the case you have obtained a allowances surplus, by means of buying to you the remaining EUA credits.   -  Or, if that was the case, to process before the competent authority your exclusion from the ordinary EU ETS procedure (monitoring, reporting, verifying) because your fulfilling of the 'small emitter' conditions.

That offer includes: -  To determine if your company comes actually affected by the last regulations on airlines' activities in European  space *, which depends on the type of services and the volume of your activities.  - To carry out for you the compulsory monitoring and reporting of your company's annual CO2 emissions and Tn-Km  corresponding to your flights from or to European airports. -  To manage for obtaining for you the compulsory emissions authorisation. -  To manage your application for being assigned by the Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y MRyM free emissions allowances  (credits) for the trade periods 2012 and 2013-2020. -  Or, if that were the case, to manage your company being excluded from the ordinary U ETS process for aviation   operators, on the grounds of fulfilling the 'small emitter' requirements.   (** Ley 5/2009, Disp.
